Shipping Information

Typically, orders will be air shipped by Garuda Indonesia or EMS -- we ship many orders every month and have worked out a good deal with them.

The orders can be tracked online -- we'll advise you the tracking number at the time of shipment.

In case you didn't notice.... SHIPPING IS FREE!

Shipments usually take up to 7 days... can be quicker but it's best to keep that number in the back of your head when ordering.

If you would rather use a different shipping method, just send us an email with details of the products and quantities you would like along with information about your shipping method -- we will invoice you directly.

UPS
FedEx
EMS (Indonesia's Postal System)

Also, if you have other products and you wish us to consolidate your bead order with another supplier or shipment, no problem.
