Our minimum order is US$100.00.
We do offer discounts on larger orders:

| US$500.00 to US$1,000.00 | 10 % Discount |
| US$1,000.00 & Up | 15% Discount |
Prices include shipping (postage and packing) to your door or, to put it another way, shipping is free!
Some countries, Britain for example, have import duties for precious metals, jewels and stones -- please check with your post office or Customs and Duties office to see if you'll need to pay any import duties.
For the most part, our products are handmade here in Bali (the exceptions are noted, for example: Japanese Seed Beads, Czech Glass, Swarovski, etc.).
It's therefore possible that you will see slight variations from the images online -- after all, each bead is unique.
We guarantee all of our products -- if there is a problem with your order because of an error on our part (of any kind), then we will assume responsibility and credit you in full against your next order or transfer back your payment.
In the event that there is a problem, we will ask you to return the products to us (we'll pay the shipping fees) before we return your money or issue a credit against your next order.
Refunds through PayPal are charged by PayPal (not by us) a percentage based transaction fee (seems to be around 4%).
We cannot refund that fee to you but, if you elect credit with us rather than a refund, we'll credit in full.
Lead time for any order will depend on stock.
If we have all the items in stock (we usually do), your order should ship the next working day.
Otherwise, production on any order should be no longer than two weeks (not including shipping time by courier of up to 7 days).
All purchases must be fully paid for prior to shipment out of Indonesia.
We have been in business here in Bali for a long time and we're proud of our reputation for quality, ethics and good business -- we'll be happy to provide you references -- just go ahead and ask.
Order processing is simple: just click the add to basket button or, if you prefer, you can just type your order up on an Excel sheet or an e-mail and we'll run it through our database, and get back to you with a full invoice and payment details.
