We will confirm shipping charges before finalising your invoice -- we will not ask you to make any payments before getting you a quote on shipping.
Some countries, Britain for example, have import duties for precious metals, jewels and stones -- please check with your post office or Customs and Duties office to see if you'll need to pay any import duties.
For the most part, our products are handmade here in Bali (the exceptions are noted, for example: Japanese Seed Beads, Czech Glass, Swarovski, etc.).
Because our items are handmade, you may see very slight differences between the items you receive compared with the images online -- each bead and each piece of jewelry is unique.
We guarantee all of our products -- if you are not satisified with your order because of an error on our part (of any kind), then we will assume responsibility and credit you in full against your next order or transfer back your payment.
In the event that there is a problem, we will ask you to return the items by standard post before we refund your money or issue a credit against your next order.
Sorry, we cannot cover the postage cost on returns.
Refunds through PayPal are charged by PayPal (not by us) a percentage based transaction fee (seems to be around 4%).
We cannot refund that fee to you but, if you elect credit with us rather than a refund, we'll credit in full.
Lead time for any order will depend on stock.
If we have all the items in stock (we often do), your order will ship within 2 working days.
Production on most orders will be approximate two weeks.
Transit time (by courier) is usually 3-5 days.
All purchases must be fully paid for prior to shipment out of Indonesia.
